  • This Exclusive Cape and Kruger Experience starts with Cape Town and ends with Safaris iin the Kruger, but this tour can be fully catered to suit your needs and start with safaris and end in the Cape.

    Day 1:

    Depart from the Airport and aim straight for Table Mountain if it is a clear day. The Cape weather is extremely temperamental and advantage will be taken at any opportunity of clear weather to see the spectacular view from the top of the mountain. The cable car is the quickest way to the top where you can walk along well trodden routes to marvel at the wonder that is the Cape peninsula. A light lunch or snack is available on the mountain. After this check in to the accommodation and spend the remainder of the afternoon at leisure.

    Day 2:

    After breakfast a short boat ride will take you to Robben Island where you will be guided through the prison and see where Nelson Mandela was incarcerated for 27 years. After lunch at the V&A Waterfront you will have the opportunity to visit the Two Oceans Aquarium and maybe even witness feeding time too.

    Day 3:

    Your guide will collect you at 9am for the Cape Point Tour and Cape of Good Hope. This is the most South Western Point of Africa. He will take you to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, Hout Bay, Seal Island, Simons and more! This tour includes

    Magnificent beaches, breath taking views, historic and picturesque coastal villages are to be seen along the way. The Cape Peninsula is one of the world’s most scenic areas and stretches from the City centre to Cape Point.

    You will travel along the Atlantic Seaboard via Sea Point, Clifton and Camps Bay and Hout Bay.

    On through Chapman’s Peak, one of the world’s most breath taking coastal drives, to Cape Point and the Good Hope Nature Reserve, which has magnificent fynbos vegetation, birdlife, endemic antelope species and zebra, historic lighthouses and shipwrecks. Cape Point is perceived to be the meeting point of the Atlantic and Indian Oceans.

    After lunch at a nearby restaurant (not included in cost), we go on to historic Simon’s Town, a village with charming Victorian architecture, a naval base and a large penguin colony at the beautiful Boulders Beach. Before driving back at the end of the day to Kirstenbosch Gardens that will complement and complete the elemental experience of Cape Point.

    Day 4:

    This day you will venture slightly north into Wine Country visiting a few wineries in Stellenbosch and Franschoek while also taking in the picturesque scenery along the way. You can also do chocolate and wine pairings too. Optionally you can also visit the Franschoek motor museum and see some the world’s rarest and special cars part of a private collection and a lovely wine farm. You will head back to Cape town in the early afternoon in time for a lovely champagne sunset cruise through the harbour and around to see beautiful Table Mountain and the sunset.

    Day 5:

    Spend the morning relaxing and shopping, taking in the sea air, the atmosphere, the charm of Cape Town before leaving for the airport. Fly to Johannesburg and get collected by your guide and transferred to your Hotel. depending on flight arrival enjoy a short city tour.

    Day 6: This is a full day transfer,

    This day sees the tour heading for the Panorama route up the escarpment with stops at Graskop, Gods window, bourkes luck potholes and the 3 Rondawels. this followed by a drive down Abel Erasmus pass and through to Hoedspruit and sleep at Karula Camp in Kapama in the middle of the Lowveld

    Day 7:

    Spend the day touring with an early morning Game drive followed by a hearty breakfast and some leisure time before lunch and an afternoon Game drive followed by dinner.

    Day 8:

    After your final early morning Game Drive at Karula and a lovely breakfast we will leave the reserve and head south towards Sabi Game Reserve where you will stay at Mala Mala Main camp an are part of the Great Kruger National Park and rich in leopards

    Day 9:

    Spend the day touring with an early morning Game drive followed by a hearty breakfast and some leisure time before lunch and an afternoon Game drive followed by dinner.

    Day 10:

    The tour heads out of the Reserve and will take a route that meanders through some rather spectacular areas and historically interesting locations, climbing up the escarpment from the warm and thorny Lowveld to the more forested and cooler climate of the Highveld.  Return to the airport or other Gauteng destination.
